LAKE USE AND QUALITY
- AIS/EWM survey and mitigation coordination
- Water testing/measuring/reporting
- Buoys - placing, pulling, replacing as needed
- Annual Lake Cleanup Day
- Clean Boats, Clean Waters landing volunteers (also coordinate with Communication & Education)
COMMUNICATION AND EDUCATION
- Website, newsletter, Facebook
- Landing signage, handouts, educational mailings/material to lake users
- Annual Meeting coordination, hosting
- OCLAWA Representatives
- Coordination with public and private campgrounds
- Connecting with resources “How can BLA Help You?”
- Clean Boats, Clean Waters education - assist Lake Use and Quality
DEVELOPMENT
- Membership/recruiting
- Raffle sales (OCLAWA as an example)
